Please NOTE:- Delivery time frame is an estimation only. Actual delivery time may vary based on product availability, shipping address, and courier or any other delivery issues. We offers choice to cancel an order prior to its shipment by mail or phone call.
As soon as you place your order, it takes around 2-3 business days to process your order from our end (in most cases 24 hrs only).
If you are in a metro city, and it is well connected with courier services, you will get shipment normally in 3-4 business days from the day of dispatch from our end.
Even in metro cities, there are area/place where courier services are not available, you will receive shipment(s) in 7-8 business days from the day of dispatch from our end.
In case of Registered Post, it depends upon the time taken by India Post. In far remote areas it may take more time. Delivery time depends upon the time taken by Courier Service providers.
We will provide you the dispatch details. We will not be responsible for delay caused due to ANY Courier service providers or India Post.
- NOTE:- We have weekly Holiday on EVERY SATURDAY, thus no shipping on Saturday. SUNDAY is Weekly Holiday for Courier Service Providers. Thus order placed on Friday (After 3.00 PM) can process by Monday only.
- What courier service do you use?
There is various reputed & established courier service providers in Bhayandar (E)- 401105 Near To our warehouse. We may use any one which is reliable & economical and provide service for your address/city/place.
- I paid but later found books are out of stock
Such cases do happen. Books get out of stock in hours. However, we will try to arrange the same book if it has gone for reprint or (b) return the payment.
Please Note that dispatch of the book will depend upon the availability of stocks.
- I found low price of the book(s) but later on your site it has/ have increased/changed
We do our best to maintain the accuracy with respect to price and other relevant information. However, the price of the books is sometimes get changed due to:-
- Revised edition (Latest Edition) is main factor for increase in prices OR
- Sometime due to typing mistake low price may posted but need to revised as soon as somebody pointed out such mistake.
In above case :-
- We may request you to pay difference amount, before we ship the order OR
- if you do not wish to buy from us, just send your Account details (of same bank account which you use to pay us) we will refund your amount within 3 working days (Excluding Bank Holiday + Network Issue if any).
- Is there any courier/ shipping charge?
Yes. Buyer requires to pay Courier Charges. To caluclate courier(shipping/delivery/packing/forwarding) charges, please send your detail address via email or fill the form here.
- I didn't get the ordered book(s) in the stipulated time period?
- Did you received quotation email from us and paid accordingly?
- Did you email us after payment made/done by you?
- Do you received email with "Order Has Been Shipped" in subject line, if no, than please cehck your email SPAM BOX, if it's there, MARK it NOT SPAM, and check same email in your Inbox and you can see/track moving of your shipment.

We are very sorry but at present it's not possible for us to offer Cash On Delivery, VPP, Check or DD but you can send money via Money Order but please confirm with us before sending money via Money Order

Yes, we accept Card Payments. Buyer may requires to pay transaction charges on total amount Ranging from 1.25% to 7% as fees varies from Card providing Banks.

- I placed an order, but I am NOT getting any response about its status.
First, did you mail us after paying us via Net Banking or Cash Depositing, if not please do it first & wait for our response we check your details with our bank and reply you accordingly.
- I paid you & email you same but yet didn't get any confirmation from you about Payment
In such case please bare with us, we are in contact with our bank for confirmation about your payment but some time Bank took time more than hours in any case (provided you transfer in Our Account Only) NO need to worry about your money it will reflect in a matter of few hours & we will process your order.

- How to track orders of books?
- We will provide you online Tracking details via email.
- Some Economy Class- courier service providers do not provides Tracking (due to lack of infrastucture) but rest assure order books will reach to you.
- Is there any GST or Other Taxes?
Most of Printed School/Colleges books are exempted from TAX, in future if any tax levid, we will inform you in advance at product listing pages or while placing order. All Stationery/Paper Products attract GST & Other Local Taxes (if any), please confirm before payment.
- I accidentally paid excess amount what should do now?
Please don't worry, as your excess amount (if any, after verify it against your order amount total & amount paid by you) will be refunded to you as soon as it reflected in our account.
Please allow 1-2 weeks (working days) to reflect refund amount into your Bank Account.
- I got wrong product? what to do now?
We are really very sorry for inconvience cause to you. Please send back the product (take care that it should not get damaged in shipping/handling). Upon receiving product in actual/original and in Working condition we will send you product as per your order with us. Buyer should bare courier charges to send product back to us.
- I place order & paid for but now wish to cancle order?
- Please don't worry. If product you paid for is yet didn't shiped and also not a Seasonal, Time Bound, Exam Specific Book OR Specially made available for you on your request than you may cancel the order, but please do call us and let us know that you do not wish us to proceed with order.
- If order has been shipped, than, you can refuse to accept the order at time of Delivery and once product retured at our place safely, we will refund product amount (dedcuting shipping/forwarding charges)
- If a FREE SHIPPING offer to buyer but buyer didn't accept the shipment, in such case, shipping/forwarding charges we paid for service, will be deducted from order amount & remaing amount will be refunded.
- My order is delayed and now wish to cancle order?
- Please don't worry. If product you paid for is not a Seasonal, Time Bound, Exam Specific Book OR Specially made available on your request than may cancel the order, but please do call us and let us know that you do not wish us to proceed with order.
- If order has been shipped than, you can refuse to accept the order at time of Delivery and once product retured at our place safely, we will refund product amount (dedcuting shipping charges that we already paid to service providers.)
- My Working Timing & Delivery Persons Delviery Time not matching, what to do?
In such case, you may requires to collect shipment from Courier Service Office or provide us your neighbours/relative address, who can be present at time of delveiry. You can also ask us to leave parcel with Society Security Office too.
- My Society/Aprtment Security Person may not allow any outsider for Home Delivery?
If Society/Aprtment/Area Security service didn't allow any one for Door Step Delivery, in such case courier service person, will leave parcel at Secutiry Office and it will be buyers reponsibility to collect it from, if your Society/Apartment/Area security office/officer/Watchmen/Guard accept shipment and missplaced same due to any reason, in such case, we are not respnosble for any refund or not liable to resend new order.
